AZ School Works First School Board Candidate

Posted under Candidates by kspidel

Robin Stamp, Candidate for the Madison School District Governing Board.

I am running for the Madison District Governing board to be an advocate for teachers, to promote safer schools, to lead Madison to a 21st century curriculum, and to be a consistent fiscally responsible voice.

I am dedicated to safer schools for our children. In my position as an Outreach Coordinator for the Attorney General, I have extensive experience working with students, teachers, parents, and administrators on the issue of school safety. I continue this work in a voluntary capacity as a board member of Alertrecal.com, a school safety website founded by a Phoenix Police Department School Resource Officer.

I understand the importance of a supportive work environment for Arizona’s educators and I will be a voice for teachers on the Board. As a weekly tutor and volunteer in the Madison District, I have developed a deep understanding and appreciation for the efforts of the district’s teachers. I will be a fiscally responsible voice on the board, directing much-needed funds into the classroom.

My vision is for the district to be the leader in 21st century education. I believe we must educate our children to be leaders and innovators in the new global economy. I believe this is possible through the promotion of forward thinking programs, such as the International Baccalaureate program, that will prepare our children for the challenges of the modern world.

Please help me in my bid for the Madison District Governing Board by volunteering or donating to:
